Madison Village is a Continuing Care Retirement Center in Madison Alabama. Tim designed the Assisted Living Facility in 1996 (while working for Gresham, Smith and Partners) and added four Independent Living apartment buildings from 2012 to 2022.
Independent Living focuses on easy living with optional services conveniently located nearby. Residents have their own apartment, complete with Kitchen, Living Room and their own Porch, arranged with other apartments to create an intimate neighborhood where the seniors support each other. The building and grounds are professionally maintained, and convenience services like meals, laundry and transportation are available through the village.
